Thanks to Fitbit, Australians have had the opportunity to share their own groundbreaking stories, for the chance to feature on the last episode of the Breaking Ground vodcast. The entries came from far and wide and there were a lot of incredible entries. However, one story stood out from the crowd, and that was from Dayle Bryce. Winner of multiple international Taekwondo awards, Dale has reached the very top of his game. Unfortunately, great highs were followed by some crushing lows, having to have not one but two major surgeries, which almost ended Dale’s career. This is a story like no other, so be sure to view it. It may even inspire you to get moving so that you too can feel your power.

We could all learn a thing or two from Stephanie Kurlow. In episode 3 Scott chats to Stephanie about the challenges she faced growing up within the Muslim community while also dreaming of becoming a ballerina. Down to earth, friendly and an extremely hard worker, it didn’t seem to matter what adversity Stephanie faced,  she tackled it with grace and determination!

Harry Garside’s fun-loving personality made for an epic chat in episode 2. A man full of charisma and charm, it’s no wonder he’s reshaping what it means to be masculine. Olympic boxer, role model and all-round good person, Harry Garside is an inspiration in and out of the ring. Sit back, relax and enjoy!
