Get ready to groove your nights away this November, ‘cause there is a brand new festival taking over Central Coast and we’ve got all the deets.
That groovy new festival is Gossy Weekender that will see the heart of the Central Coast come alive for a vibrant live music and community event across three massive days – Friday, November 1, 2024, to Sunday, November 3, 2024.
The live music event will see 80+ performers take to the stage across 20 venues in Gosford’s newly established live music precinct.
The festival will showcase a mix of local and national acts, with the fun of Gossy Weekender kicking off at Drifters Wharf, headlined by The Jungle Giants with support from local act Elaskia and band The Moving Stills.
Another key feature of Gossy Weekender will be the family-friendly activation at Kibble Park, offering live performances by kid’s bands Vegetable Plot, Punk Rock Silly Billies and True Vibe Sound System.
In addition to live performances, festival goers will also enjoy markets and kids’ activities in a vibrant outdoor atmosphere.
Venues throughout the CBD will also open their doors for the weekend with South End Social, Funhaus Factory, Parlour Lane, Pinocchios Wine & Pizza, At Baker St, Bay Road Brewing, and more becoming live music hubs for the weekend.
These locations will see local acts from all genres – think country, afrobeats, indie folk rock, folktronica and more – perform live with highlights including Courtney Keil, Hellcat Speedracer, Joel Leggett, Lucy Parle and more to perform.
Each venue will offer its unique style and location to taste the local cuisine, sip on refreshing drinks and take in all the music Gosford has to offer.

As discussed, Gossy Weekender is taking place in you guessed it – Gosford – from Friday, November 1, 2024, to Sunday, November 3, 2024.
The three day festival is a mix of free and ticketed events, with tickets for The Jungle Giants live at Drifters Wharf on sale here.
If you want to head to a particular venue in the Gosford CBD, then you better check beforehand as some venues may require a booking.
Several car parks are located within easy walking distance of the Gosford CBD and include:
- Gosford City Car Park – Mon-Fri- Hourly fees apply, Saturday to Sunday $11 flat rate.
- Gosford Train Station Car Park – Hourly fees apply, access via Opal card in conjunction with any valid train journey.
- Imperial Centre Car Park – As a special offer there will be free parking from 5pm on Friday, November 1, and free parking on the weekend.
- Central Coast Leagues Club – Will provide free parking for members.
