Check your lotto tickets Central Coast, because one of you (or a visitor to the region) has a cool $2.1 million to claim.
The Lott is searching for the owner of the mystery ticket, purchased at Nextra Erina Market in Erina Fair for the Saturday night draw.
The mystery ticketholder held one of the 14 division one winning entries nationally in Saturday Lotto draw, drawn Saturday, January 4.
Each division one winning entry can look forward to $2,142,857.15.
The Lott spokesperson Khat McIntyre said she hoped the region’s latest division one winner checked their ticket and came forward soon.
“Whoever is holding this golden ticket may have no idea they’re starting 2025 as a brand-new multi-millionaire!” McIntyre said.
“As the entry is not registered, it could be someone local or someone visiting the area. It may have even been a Christmas gift.”
Nextra Erina Market manager Katy McHugh said she was over the moon to hear the team had sold a division one winning entry in the weekend’s Saturday Lotto draw.
“I messaged my co-workers when I heard the good news and we’re all so excited. We have put some posters up already and we’re carefully checking all tickets that come through,” McHugh said.
“We hope this unregistered winner comes forward soon and we can’t wait to celebrate when they do. Congratulations to our winner and thank you for supporting Nextra Erina Market!”
Lotto players can check their tickets in-store or online today, and if you discover you are holding the winning ticket contact The Lott on 131 868 to begin the prize claim process.
