About Ronald McDonald House Charity:
The Ronald McDonald House Charity (RMHC) creates, finds and supports programs which directly impact the health and wellbeing of children and their families.
The RMHC is there for families when they need it most: right in their own communities with their vision to be a world where all children have access to medical care, and their families is are supported and actively involved in their care.
The RMHC has a presence on the Central Coast, with the Ronald McDonald Family Room located at Gosford Hospital.

The Ronald McDonald Family Room at Gosford Hospital is a refuge for families while visiting or staying with a child in hospital.
It gives families the chance to step away from the ward and into an inviting family room, where there is a kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities and a comfortable lounge where you can relax and take a break.
The room is run by a dedicated team of staff and volunteers to ensure families have a home away from home inside the hospital.
The room is free and open to the families of children receiving treatment at Gosford Hospital. Located on Level 4, the room operates Monday to Friday, 8 am to 9 pm and weekends from 9am to 3pm.
