Married At First Sight’s Tori and Jack have gone rogue while live on-air, revealing which couples are still together after curtains closed on the explosive experiment.
Tori and Jack joined Gina & Matty as a couple for the first time and didn’t hold back, saying producers toyed with Tori even though she was “running on empty”, saying they both empathise with people who have done reality television before, and revealing the hidden parts of their journey.
Speaking about last night’s explosive episode, Tori and Jack said their lowest moments were the only ones shown on screen, while the other couples’ storylines included highlights.
“I was running on empty,” Tori explained to Gina & Matty.
“You know all the other couples got like this really nice five minute video of their happiest fun times and then we sat on the couch and we got two videos of the lowest times in the experiment.”
“And I was like, ‘You know what? We don’t need this. We’re together, let’s go. See ya’,” Tori said of the infamous walkout.
Continuing, Jack alleged the couple were the result of bad editing during their time on the couch, saying the room was in support of them despite what we saw.
“When we had our moment on the couch, it went for about 20 minutes,” Jack told Gina & Matty.
“The room was feeling for us, it didn’t look like it on the TV last night but everyone in that room did not think that was a fair go and they were basically smiling as we walked out to be honest. Like, ‘We don’t blame you, we’d get out of here as well’.”
