Customers have been advised to stop using the product immediately.
Kmart Australia has shared an update over the weekend advising customers to steer clear of their ‘Active & Co’ and ‘Jackeroo’ Portable Single Burner Stoves after the company issued a product safety recall on the item.
In a Facebook post shared on March 2nd, the retailer advised the people who own the product to immediately stop using it and return it to their nearest Kmart store.
As the recall notice reads, the stove poses a threat of gas leakage which can lead to the possibility of fire or explosion.
