Get ready to put your fitness to the test, ‘cause The Coast Games are back again in 2025 for what is promising to be their biggest year yet.
The Coast Games are set to return to the Central Coast on Saturday, April 13, 2025, bringing people together to experience competitive fitness in a fun, safe and accessible environment.
Happening at Central Coast Grammar School, 2025 will be the biggest year yet for The Coast Games with over 400+ competitors expected to compete in the event.
The games themselves will see teams of three competitors flex their muscles as they complete three workouts across three massive hours.
While the athletes are the main focus, spectators will also enjoy more than just watching with a festival-style atmosphere feat. food trucks and some of the Central Coast’s favourite fitness retail stores.
Plus, yours truly – Star 104.5 – will have our All Stars there with plenty of incredible giveaways plus there will be live demonstrations and so much more happening right across the day.

The Coast Games are taking place at Central Coast Grammar School on Saturday, April 13, 2025, with the games commencing at 8am.
